As a result of this workshop, we explored the four skill sets of courage with regards to leadership in our professional relationships that can carry over into our personal relationships. As a youth development professional, I found value in this workshop and know that these skill sets are teachable to youth and the teen population especially could benefit from training and activities which focus on building trust, setting and clarifying boundaries, and tackling the tough conversations in life.
