      My responsibilities include getting at least 3 new debtor within one year, monitoring the payment of interest and principal each month, examining the documents related to the binding of credit to guarantee the interests of BNI before loan disbursement, setting up the disposition of the credit memo and coordination with the BNI branch related to it.Job Description Maintain and keep relationship with existing debtor with actively composing communication, in order to fulfilled each customer’s needs in a well manner, and actively marketing BNI’s products especially in terms of lending product such as cash loans and non cash loans. Acquire minimum 3 (three) new potential debtor a year for those who necessitate loan financing in amount between IDR 15 billion up to IDR 250 billion, especially for new customer / debtor who have enterprise business through effective communication, starts from collecting the data (financial statement, appraisal reports on security assets for bank, other data related to the company), data analysis, prepare presentation in front of BNI’s Credit Decicion Maker, compose loan facility structure, prepare all terms and conditions related to loan facility structure in order to signing the loan agreement, confirm all terms and condition in loan agreement (land certificate controlled by BNI or covernote from notary accepted by BNI and mortgage land in National Land Body perfectly done, notary fiduciary for other security such as account receivables and stocks has been done, all insurable security has been cover by insurance company, provision and administration fees has been paid by debtor) are fulfilled by the debtor and than process credit / loan disbursement, monitoring the disbursement loan in order to ensure the loan are used for its purpose, monitoring the payment of loan’s principal as well as for loan’s interest. Marketing others BNI product other than loan product for instance BNI’s funding product to the debtor. Lihat lebih sedikit Job Description Analyze loan proposals from the debtor candidate, in terms of financial aspects (financial analysis through analize the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, capital statement, fixed assets statement, making projection for income statement, balance sheet projection, cash flow projection, and investment feasibility), and non financial analysis (analize the management aspect, production, marketing aspect, and possibility risk that might be rises for certain industry with risk mitigation). Collecting the data collaborate with Relationship Manager, in order to accomplish the completion date job within 9 days after the data complete and accepted from the debtor candidate. The final task for a Credit Analyst are giving some recommendation to BNI’s Credit Decision Maker, regarding the feasibility of loan proposal in amount minimum IDR 15 billion, after performs comprehensive analysis.  Assisting Relationship Manager in terms of monitoring the performance of existing and new debtor, in terms of payments of principals loan and interest loan, and monitoring the bank account loan period for loan time extended if necessary before the bank account loan due date (usually for working capital loan). Complete the data needed for internal audit by BNI’s Internal Control Unit, BNI’s Business Risk Review, and eksternal audit by BNI’s independen auditor, and an audit by Financial Examiner Body (Bank Indonesia and BPK). On a quarterly basis collect the data from the debtor’s quarter financial statement, Bank of Indonesia Checking, and periodically on a routine time basis visiting the debtor’s company, in terms of monitoring the debtor’s business condition, and also visiting the third party related to the debtor.  Filling and administrating the original credit documents such as land certificate with its mortgage land, fiduciary certificate, polis insurance, Sub Ordinated Loan Certificate, as well as BNI’s internal credit documents. Lihat lebih sedikit Job Description Join in six months education training with Lembaga Management - University of Indonesia, and the next six months is taking a role as On The Job Training Staff in the head office of BNI. During the program the trainee employee taking deep understanding of basic credit knowledge in BNI, and also introduced with credit documents must be completed by a credit analyst in BNI. During On The Job Training period, BNI give an opportunity to its trainee employee some chances in order to have job experience in various division in BNI’s head office. The purpose of On The Job Training are giving some understanding to the trainee employee on various Task Force in BNI, not only job experience in Credit Division alone. After three months period in On The Job Training Program, continued with In Service Training Program for another three months. The tasks of credit anayst are analizing from financial and non financial aspects on companies, and persons in the companies (owner and management of the company), and the final result of credit analizing are giving some conclusions and recommendation to BNI’s Credit Decision Maker whether the loan proposals are feasible or not to be financed by BNI. At the end of In Service Training Program period, each Trainee Employee are mandatory to submit paper work (dummy companies), in terms of completing credit proposals that must be in line with BNI’s credit document requirements. The paper work must be presented in front of BNI’s Credit Decision Maker.
