Prepare the required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed to MC standards. • Maintenance of thorough procurement files as outlined in the MC procurement policy in hard copies and in electronic forms; • Coordinate with Field Office Managers to maintain the inventory and to prepare the reports on a daily bases; • Assists Field Office Manager with asset management inside the MC Trincomalee Office and all Field Offices. Day to day supervision of property management including guards and cleaners and office maintenance.
