The company employs 2,200+ staff based in 22 offices in the UK, 1 in Dublin & the other 3 in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.As Chief Finance Officer, I led a team of 50, based in our three Asian offices. I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Regional Finance and Operations functions for this growing Wealth Management business.During my time in this role, the business attracted GBP500m in new funds under management. Additionally the business was migrated from a privately owned company to a FTSE 100 listed group. This success was achieved by hiring & developing a core team of capable Finance Professionals. I also led the team that established the first Hong Kong company to be granted a long-term life insurance licence in the past 10 years by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Show less

Its Vision is that anyone affected by fertility or pregnancy issues, traumatic birth or baby loss can access compassionate personalised support on the journey of coping with traumatic experiences. We're always looking for volunteer or student counsellors, volunteers to support our charity shop and administration and, of course, financial donations from individuals and corporations to support our service.
