In this role, I led customer on-boarding and ongoing customer service initiatives to ensure a positive client experience using the software platform. Alongside these day to day responsibilities, I also took the initiative to work on projects that improved the overall processes for the startup. These included automating the client on-boarding process by creating a video tutorials as well as process documentation, designing, building and maintaining a new front-end website using Wordpress and WooCommerce, and prospecting and negotiating potential with potential clients. In this role I utilized my time management, communication, analysis, project management, and process improvement skills to complete my work. Working at this startup exposed me to all aspects of business and it was a great experience for me to learn new skills, get out of my comfort zone, and have fun while doing so. During my internship at school, I employed my Excel skillset to automate data entry for this online e-commerce start up. I queried the federal and state databases for alcohol license information and used VBA macros to streamline the process of cleaning and uploading this data to the company's internal database.
