  As an Intern in Domestic Sales(2-weeks) and Export Sales(4-weeks), I took an active role in responding to customer needs and client events. Additionally, my daily work consisted of the support of the related salesman for example in the preparation of offers and order entry for the customers. Depending on the organizational need, I was involved in process improvement.   Throughout my 20-day internship at Sisel Engineering, I was able to get an insight of the exclusive processes of converting raw materials, components or parts into finished goods in different manufacturing lines that will meet a customer’s expectations thus the whole production planning processes. The main goal was to develop an understanding of Manufacturing processes and develop methods, tools, and documentation to support lean manufacturing and improve overall product flow.
