      I have 10 years experience in the facilities environment, during the 10 years I have been promoted 4 times. I am currently responsible for the operations for Gauteng North and South. My duties and responsibilities involves the over seeing of the facilities within the buildings from planned maintenance to unforeseen maintenance, I manage teams and service providers, ensure that the organization receives its value for money. I manage and control the overall budget and expenditure for Gauteng North and Gauteng South. I manage projects and tenders for specified projects being planned or unbudgeted. I over see the performance of junior staff within the department as well as tracking and managing service providers performance and quality of work. I ensure that all internal and external clients are satisfied and given feedback regularly on all tasks, projects and outstanding work. I source service providers for the organization who will add value and quality to work prouduced. I provide input to senior management for budget purposes on future and planned projects and maintenence. I attend to tenders from drawing up complete bill of quantities, ensuring suppliers are complying with all health and safety regulations. All projects undertaken are completed by myself from start to finish. I have completed my NQF5 in facilities management, I am certified as a business professional in the field of project management.
