  Within my Commercial Law internship I was able to gain an insight into the legal sector and build upon my existing knowledge. I had to complete a legal draft on an acquisition transaction and proof read an NDA for a client. I was able to converse with prestigious law firms such as Linklaters, Slaughter and May, Clyde & Co and Sidley. This was an invaluable experience especially in the face of an unprecedented time during Covid-19.

  Trainee Solicitor in Commercial Property (transactional and litigation) Reverted back to a part-time role whilst completing the LPC. Transitioned to a full-time position after completing undergraduate LLB university studies before embarking on the LPC in September 2022. Commercial property/ real estate paralegal assisting fee-earners. Workload has included title investigation, preparing documentation and legal research. Undertaking a part-time position alongside university studies.
