  As part of the implementation of the HR application Workday I am involved in redesigning all the processes of HR Learning. It is my responsibility to design (Customer journey mapping) and model (in ARIS Designer) the new end-to-end processes for HR Learning.I also coach the procesmanagers of HR in modelling in ARIS Designer. Assignment at Rabobank Nederland Payments.I act as a consultant and am responsible for:- Train employees in Process design according to the Rabobank Metamodel and in the modelling conventions of Rabobank;- Assist (sparring partner) and monitor in applying the modelling conventions;- Advice and support in converting processes from MS Visio to ARIS Business Designer;- Monitor the planning and reporting to Management.
