About me

With 10 yeard of experience in the Insurance Insdustry, I have continually upskilled and developed throughout one of the toughest insurance markets to date. Navigating such a volatile and ever-changing environment has strengthened my agility and ability to design comprehensive, tailored insurance programs that meet each client’s unique needs. In April 2023, I transitioned into a management role where I have the privilege of leading, training, and supporting a team of 22 staff. My focus is strongly centred on people, culture, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace. I balance these leadership responsibilities with managing my own portfolio of clients, and I genuinely enjoy balancing both the strategic leadership aspects of my role and the hands-on client management that keeps me connected to the core of the industry.
