      Based at B&Q House, the B&Q head office in Eastleigh. I am embedded in the clients facilities structure managing the technical services department supporting the client with maintenance, repairs and projects.I am also responsible for onsite compliance, site access control and specialist contractors. Responsible for the Mechanical Electrical labour on the First Great Western Rail Line from Reading to Paddington and the London Silverlink Overground line. Carrying out building maintenance and reactive repairs on the First Great Western line from Reading to Paddington, Oxford to Romsey.
