Show less -Report transactions into MCTFS via the unit diary, including auditing and correcting feedback reports from systems.-Prepare and complete various personnel and pay related forms and documents, to include individual bond and allotment requests and perform any other duties pertaining pay and personnel administration as required.-Prepare, submit, and audit travel orders and reimbursement documentation, to include ADOS, AT, PCS, TAD, and mobilization.-Prepare muster sheets and rosters for drill weekend and report all entries via UDMIPS.-Maintain, through MOL, all command leave authorizations and Promotions.-Prepare separation and retirement documents.-Serve as the unit Mail NCO, Color Guard member, Asst GTCC coordinator and act as Administration Chief in the absence of the incumbent.-Prepare unit correspondence; maintain files and directives for unit.-Participate in community outreach events and funeral honors details, as required.
