  As finance intern, I have participated into the improvement of bank conciliation. Corresponding to Bulgaria, I have assisted the integration between the company’s local and international finance.   In the payments area, I have performed analysis in order to improve the routine processes. Furthermore, I have worked alongside the development team seeking for bugs and errors. Bank and internal conciliations were also my responsibilities. Moreover, I have performed evaluations upon new products processes. I have also improved some mechanism to perform customer selection and analysis (customer profti evaluation).   I worked developing new businesses and partnerships for the payments area. I was responsible for creating verification processes for the daily payout. I was also involved in the creation of operational processes, verification and performance analysis for a new payments system (CIP - Câmara Interbancária de Pagamentos).I have also worked along the Risk creating rules for fraud detection.

  I am responsible for devising new products and operations. We launched a new direct to consumer product using design thinking methodology. We have conducted market and client researches inorder to guide the product development. We have established new quality controls for genotyping operations, implemented new analysis softwares for DNA sequencing and formed internationalpartnerships with the world's largest sequencing and genetics players. Furthermore we formed a team in order to supply the new operations. I was responsible for enhancing processes flux and control of clinical exams (such as sequencing, arrays, PCR, FISH and genotyping). We also created new privacy policies and terms of use along the juridical advisors. I was also involved on the creation of a new website with an e-commerce.We have implemented internal cloud tools and have digitized processes enabling new workflows and more efficient. Show less
