      Responsible for the management of the Medical Brigades maintenance program consisting of twenty-three subordinate companies. Supervised, developed, and prepared operational information and data to ensure proper logistical support and technical support. Contributed to staff development; provided mission guidance and mentorship to subordinate maintenance professionals. Provided development assistance in planning, training and redeployment operations to the 1,469 personnel assigned to the Brigade. Planned and executed more than20maintenance support missions, across six states, utilizing 65 personnel with a budget of $650,000, that resulted in an overall readiness increase across the Brigade of 65%. Created a maintenance model that emulated by other departments and units outside of the direct command. Reduced overdue preventative maintenance services by 80% within the first year, and directly responsible for over 4,200 direct labor man hours that were logged.Trained 15 employees on the use Global Combat Support System_Army (GCSS-A) the SAP based Material Resource Planning software, in the proper use to track and maintain government assets. Planned, Coordinated and executed the Battalions first ever mass maintenance event, bringing together 50 soldiers and executing 3,802-man hours in seven days. Reduced the overdue preventative maintenance services by 94%, greatly increasing the readiness rate, and combat efficiency of the Battalion. Selected over peers to serve as the interim Senior Enlisted Advisor, impacting a significant increase in overall readiness that resulted in the Battalion moving up in rankings from 32nd to 8th in the command in six months. Enhance the readiness of the entire United States Army Reserves through functional instruction. Researched subject matter to ensure compliance with Department of the Army and United States Army Reserve maintenance doctrine. Developed classes and training material to support instruction, administered, practical exercises, examinations and surveys. Instructed 1,973 academic hours with a 99% graduation rate, no academic or disciplinary failures. Supported training of more than 450 Company Commanders and First Sergeants, by instructing them on their maintenance responsibilities. Developed a pre and post course assessment to properly gauge student comprehension of materials, that increased test scores on average by 15 points.Transitioned the maintenance management course from the stovepipe program Standard Army Maintenance System 1-Enhanced, to the new SAP based program Global Combat Support System - Army, by personally rewriting 50% of the course programs of instruction.
