The basic responsibilities of the role was to search for new and efficient candidates that would be suitable for the openings that were there in the company.I sourced many candidates through many job portals and even interviewed some of them myself before forwarding their profiles to the respective teams in which they were supposed to join if selected.

  As part of my Summer internship project, I worked in YNOS Venture Engine as a data Analyst where I collected data of around 1000 start-ups and visualized the data using Excel and made various inferences about the trends that were being observed in the Start-up Industry. I also came up with many conceptual frameworks pertaining to ranking a set of start-ups based on various parameters like uniqueness, accessibility, and so on.
