  Organise, manage, programme and deliver physical development to 600+ service personnel to ensure they are fit to fight and operationally ready.Co-ordinate, analyse and return all injured solider back to full fitness.Designed and implemented a 6 week rehabilitation course for service personnel who are either injured or under weight management. Course designed to educate soldiers on lifestyle change, improve overall physical and mental health and where possible return soldiers to full fitness.Facilities manager for the physical and recreational training centre and all physical training equipment to ensure it remains operational and inline with the safe system of work.Supporting all sporting and adventurous training activities.
