  My Role & Responsibilities:•Individually handling end to end recruitment, right from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview follow-ups, and closures & joining of candidates.•Involved in Resourcing activity for junior, middle and senior level management positions for the clients.•Analyzing the requirements.•Experience in to sourcing profiles through various job boards like (Naukri) and networking sites (LinkedIn,Hirist,iimjobs,Instahyre,Monster,Angel list) , employee referrals and from network of candidates for various skills to gauge more exposure in “Passive Sourcing”.•Screening resumes after sourcing them based on the job description given and after checking parameters like education, experience, communication skills ,interpersonal skills candidate’s in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, job history, geography, willingness to travel and relocate, salary fitment and sharing the same with the client.
