  Youth Space Developer and Coordinator

  Part of the core management team in their youth space (Wein) my responsibilities include : - Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities and participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to create an activity program.- Collect data from internal and external sources.- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.- Register participants accurately and in a timely manner making sure all information is correct.- Supporting community events efforts to assist potential clients with their needs, providing them resources, and facilitating activities and programs also to coordinate with participants.- To provide feedback concerning the involvement of individuals or groups of people benefiting from the service with a view to making improvements.- Helping to prepare rooms and resources before group sessions and welcoming people to the group sessions.- Supporting the trainer to run activities in group sessions and supporting the group members and making sure everyone feels included.- Conducting the phone calls and follow up with clients also invites the potential clients.- Produce logistics schedules and reports and communicate updates and any concerns to relevant parties.- Support the project team in ensuring the visibility of the Wein youth space and to document project activities including support video documentaries, record success stories etc.- Support as part of project team the preparation and implementation of events and donor visits.In all functions and activities, gender and conflict sensitive approach is required. عرض أقل
