  My time with Denbury Resources has been a blessing. I have experienced many opportunities to learn and digest the oil and gas industry. Daily run down of activities are to organize and execute JSAs and Go-Card meetings prior to any job being done, prioritize daily projects, log well test, operate facilities to the highest efficiency possible, actively involved with budget meetings and future well projects, brainstorming innovative techniques to increase production, Well Control, recognize and report potential HS&E hazards and filling in for production tech and production foreman’s when called upon. Our operations consist of conventional lift techniques such as ESP (electrical submersible pump), gas lift and rod pump. We operate satellite test facilities that have both 2 phase and 3 phase vessels, with oil going to a central facility to be cleaned and prepared to haul, 270,000 bbls/d of water is disposed on site within a closed loop system consisting of seven disposal facilities and 30 MMcf/d of gas going to a third party processing plant. These responsibilities have increased my awareness and importance in team leadership, time management, communication, problem solving and management.
