  Hired by SKM ENGINEERING to execute planned maintenance jobs during ATA 2023, Following were the major jobs. 1. Separator area: Sludge catcher cleaning, HP, LP, LPW, MP, Flash and Test separators inspection and cleaning. De-chocking and cleaning of all Separators nozzles including the HC & water side bridle, level switches, tapping and drain lines.2. Gas Turbines and WHRU: Gas Turbines damper inspection and functional testing. Rectification of waste heat recovery unit damper pneumatic actuator issue. Replacement of damaged sealing rope of square flange joint in WHRU main duct. Restoration of damaged insulation & cladding of GTs. Restoration of damaged refractory in WHRU. Lube oil mist filter replacement of GT. 3. Gas Dehydration System: Molecular sieve supporting screen inspection & make up.4. Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchanger: HX streams chemical cleaning with Xylene and back puffing. ECT for tube losses calculation.5. Accumulator Area: Accumulator Vessel and Accumulator Feed Cooler Inspection, cleaning of nozzles & piping and replacement of damaged demister pad. ECT for tube losses calculation.6. Slop Vessel Cleaning: Vessel cleaning and desludging.7. Hot Oil Area: Crude oil heater chimneys, burners & ducts cleaning. Hydro jetting of tubes for cleaning. Eddy Current Testing of tubes for calculating possible wall loses. Hot oil stabilizer heater cleaning, desludging and restoration of insulation. Apart from these major jobs PM/ mandatory overhauling (if required) of all pumps was performed, all heat exchangers were cleaned offline, all columns and tanks were cleaned and inspected. After turnaround online testing of equipment’s with client (PPL) was performed. Show less
