  I am leading projects focused on language and culture documentation. This includes working with manuscripts as well as training youth to document their tangible and intangible culture. I am working as a part of the Community Programs team. Major projects that I am working on are:1. GLAM-Wiki Mapping - I am overseeing a project to create a dataset of all the GLAM-Wiki collaborations with two contractors2. Elevate the value of Wikisource - I create case-studies related to how Wikisource impacts Wikimedia communities and beyond around the globe. I was working as a part of the New Readers Program at the Wikimedia Foundation. I was working as Language Specialist Strategy Coordinator and my job was to facilitate discussions with the Hindi Wikimedia community as a part of 2017 Wikimedia Movement Strategy Discussion.
