  Certified by the British Home Office as a Police Trainer, I created and delivered communication, self-leadership, specialised crime and public interaction programmes for officers and emerging leaders within the police service. This gave me a strong foundation for my work as a Business Leader within Influencing Now. As a Police Officer I began as a General Duties Officer dealing with emergency calls and crime prevention. I then progressed into investigations of hate crime and then became a Police Trainer with an extensive portfolio for training new recruits, tutor constables, community officers and CID investigators.
