      Cazadoras & Recolectores is a nonprofit initiative focused on delivering solutions in overall logistics for emerging and established artists as well as promoting Costa Rican art in order to receive exposure and recognition. Cazadoras & Recolectores focuses on different areas such as collections management, artistic residencies, marketing, and online gallery management. Most recently, we published a book that consists of Cazadoras & Recolectores' private collection of 400 artworks.

      During my assistant position, I filed and archived Fauve's art collection, inspected artwork’s physical state, created artwork certificates, and arranged international shipment of artworks.LeFauves is a Costa Rican artist. He has exhibited his work in galleries in the United States and across Europe including Guy Hepner gallery in New York City, Imitate Modern in London, and the Meir gallery in Belgium. His paintings have also been featured in Vogue Italia and Dansk Magazine. In his paintings, Fauves engages questions of identity as they relate to art history, as well as our everyday interactions with mainstream culture and social media. Show less

      When working with Federico Herrero my job was to file and archive the artist’s personal collection, create artwork documentation, inspect artwork’s physical state, create artist certificates of authentication, and arrange international/national shipment for artworks Federico Herrero is a Costa Rican artists known for his paintings on canvas, immersive installations, public works, and his brightly hued organic shapes. Herrero was the recipient of the Young Artist’s Prize at the 49th Venice Biennale (2001) and his work is in the permanent collection of numerous institutions including the Tate Modern, London, UK; Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid, Spain; and the Guggenheim Museum, New York, NY.
