  BAE AI ran a SIAM (Service integration and Management) service for the Foreign office. A contract of 50+ running the day to day service, change integration and overall management of the FCO''s entire IT estate .My role consisted mostly of project and supplier management, customer engagement, requirements capture, process improvement, project assurance/governance definition and project planning. Oversight of a £30m a year portfolio to 3 or 4 clients in government and commercial (Defence) sectors. This included but was not exclusive to financial tracking, resource planning, cost and profit tracking and analysis, time and expenses monitoring, invoicing, debt tracking and collection, delivery governance and assurance and process improvement work. I worked in a team of 3 to 4 eventually being the team lead and overseeing the day to day task delegation for the team.
