  Career accomplishments: Reimagined, redesigned, and executed a new business & programming model based on feedback from our survivor community, partner organizations, and funders. Acquired the first foundation, city, state, and national funding for Awakenings. Created and launched Awakenings' first earned revenue strategy heavily focusing on cross-sector partnerships. Built a trauma-informed work culture rooted in compassion and collaboration. Designed and executed a city-wide awareness campaign using survivor artwork.Ongoing responsibilities: maintain and execute Awakenings' strategy and operating budget, oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of programs to maintain excellence and effectiveness, cultivate and maintain funding relationships (individual, foundation, government, corporate), work closely with Board of Directors on resource cultivation, finance, and strategy, supervise and coach director-level staff, oversee facility operations, oversee bookkeeping and other administrative roles.
