Preparing comprehensive Nonconformance reports for Engineering Quality Nonconformances (eQNs) raised by Material review Board after quality inspection of Manufactured Wing, Empennage Fuselage Aero structures Parts Creating Standard Repair or Rework Instructions documents for those Non -Conformances and submitting the design disposition to the customer in TIPQA and Windchill tools Investigate Disposition study of Visual Defects like Dents, Scratches & Nicks) occurred in various manufacturing processes like Casting, Machining, Sheet metal operations and Composite layup processes. Provide appropriate dispositions for Nonconformances of GD&T which are out of tolerance Geometrical and Dimensional and General Note Deviations from Drawings. Preparing the drawings using Catia V5 and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer and Updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) and prepare the Engineering Change Note (ECN) document.
