      The Director of the Family Success Center is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Family Success Center. The Family Success Center uses a family-centered, two generation approach to remove barriers to self-sufficiency that hinder families from getting ahead, addressing needs identified by families, and engaging participants in the decision making process. It also seeks to connect families to a broad range of services in the community through collaborative efforts with other agencies to integrate services. Developing innovative best practices in the fields of family empowerment and workforce development are major goals.• Develop, implement, and enforce Family Success Center policies and procedures• Ensure sufficient and effective communications among Family Success Center staff and partners• Supervise the Family Success Center Manager of Operations, career coaches, administrative assistant, and other staff employed exclusively for the Family Success Center• Create and coordinate necessary data collection processes to meet funders and partners needs• Facilitate Family Success Center meetings to coordinate participant case management and service provision with staff• Participate in outreach and advocacy activities, speaking engagements, and media interviews• Cultivate, maintain, and document partner relationships and agreements• Evaluate program services and outcomes• Identify emerging needs for programming, and initiate activities and services to meet those needs• Attend conference, and seminars, regarding integrated services and workforce development• Manage the overall budget for the Family Success Center Show less
