Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the design team, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines, optimizing design for cost-efficiency, and managing communication with stakeholders. Oversee and strategize the deployment and utilization of engineers within a railway engineering center consisting of over 200 employees.
