      My primary role at Chroma was at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children, in their paediatric wards. I assisted in setting up the Music Therapy service, and predominantly worked with children in inpatient neuro-rehabilitation. This involved collaborative work with Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology and Play Therapy.www.theportlandhospital.comI have also worked for Chroma with their early years program. It is an evidence-based Music Therapy program for families with young children, who present with complex needs. The goals are to encourage parent-child interactions, build parent confidence and knowledge, enhance social connectedness and improve child development outcomes.I have led two programs, one specifically for adoptive families.
