  • Under the direction and the direct line management of the LBRC Program Coordinator the Deputy Program Coordinator as part of the team is supporting his line manager in the overall management of the LBRC project in Rustaq and other districts of the Takhar province where the project is implemented in line with Tdh policies (strategic plan, theme, way of working),national intervention strategies and the MoU signed between Tdh and AF-Iteco in order to achieve the results expected within the framework of the project(s)• S/he ensures the planning, execution, monitoring and financial management of the project and human resources in line with the contract agreement.• The DPC is also managing a team of Community Mobilizing officer and Mobilizers, a team of Road Constuction and Maintenance Engineers, Overseers and Supervisors and Bio-engineering department. The DPC will support on a daily basis the Programme Coordinator on the implementation of the LBRC project and implementation of the annual programme work plans and budgets for the project. He/she will be responsible for providing project reports as requested by senior management or donors to the PC and or Country Representative on a monthly, semi-annual and or annual basis.• S/he is responsible for supervising and training his/her field teams, ensures decisions and actions are taken in his/her area of intervention and deals with them independently on a daily basis in consultation with the Programme Coordinator.• The DPC is in charge and make sure the project goals are achieved, represent Tdh in absence of the Programme Coordinator and is responsible for the overall security in the are of intervention related to Human resouses as well as for goods and technical equipments and all asseste in the field and offices• The Deputy Programme Coordinator is responsible for a team of Community Mobilizers, Road Construction Engineers and the Bio-engineering team.
