To encourage all crew using the STOP system to increase their safety awareness with the aim of preventing accidents/ incidents from happening. Maintain and update records of all personnel on board and allocate cabin space in accordance with safety plan. Prepare the monthly wage account for all employees. Plan the budget medication, medical equipments, medical check-up, and personal protective equipments with the aim of achieving the target. Conduct hygienic inspection of all living spaces, catering area and provision stores weekly. Motivate and guide all crews for safe and proper disposal of garbage as per Waste Management Plan.
