  Develop and Implement compliance related activities to enforce data protection standards and sustain Privacy by Design/Default techniques while maintaining a robust Data Governance framework to ensure Data Quality standards are maintained. Supervising analyst responsible for Data Governance, Data Privacy, Process Automation and Control. This roles also has 4 direct reports and oversees the development, adoption and implementation of technical solutions to make processes more efficient as well as develop and implement controls that are aimed at advancing Data Governance Framework and the Company's Data Privacy Framework. Lead a team of highly skilled IT exerts in crafting a Data Governance Framework, Data Governance Policy and Built out an implementation plan based on the company' digital transformation. Managed a project aimed at identifying and reducing losses on Transformer Circuits across the Island. Managed and coordinated 5 Teams of 10 Technicians (contractors) and a Project Team of 4 People. Project also included Stakeholders by-in negotiation along with Equipment Procurement and Team Operational Management. In our first week of operation, our Team found a bypass valued at JMD $4M (Annualized at Residential Rates). Coordinated the Internal Inefficiency Survey aimed at identifying internal weaknesses of JPS Co. The results of the survey will improve process efficiency and lower Internal Losses. The project also involved organizing focus groups and survey development and design. Managed a Team of 4 Revenue Intelligence Analysts and 1 Programmer Analyst.
