  In November 2008 a small team of individuals gathered together and began to dream about a church. This church would have a passion for developing deep followers of Jesus Christ and it would be fueled by a desire to love the people of their city. In May 2009 this team began gathering monthly in homes to grow in their relationship with Christ and to serve their city. It was from this dream that CityChurch emerged.
