Responsible for restructuring largest Genus business reporting to CEO with objective to regain market positioning and normalize operating profit levels. Established a 5 year strategic plan for the United Kingdom and developed 5 distinct business units to regain loss market share and operating profit levels. Completed a total restructure of the business capturing back lost revenues of over $5 million and recovered loss profits of $3 million over a 12 month period.
