  Prior to Pinnacle Michael held the role of Director of Jonathan Alexander Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of London Town plc. London Town plc was an AIM listed residential developer who specialised in the acquisition, development and sale of luxury riverside apartments and houses within large residential schemes in London. As Director Michael was responsible for the appraisal of development opportunities and the delivery of several large luxury residential riverside projects.

  Prior to establishing Amdor and Stack London, Michael was Director of Development and Investment at Pinnacle Regeneration Group. In this role Michael was responsible for providing private residential and commercial property expertise to large regeneration projects across the UK. He was responsible for the creation of a joint venture development company to acquire land to develop 357 private units in Myatts Field, Lambeth as part of a wider regeneration project. Other operational responsibilities and case studies at PRG include:- Responsibility for the detailed construction due diligence associated with the investment by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises/Knight Dragon (majority shareholder of Pinnacle) in the Greenwich Peninsula project.- Acquisition and fund management of a portfolio of 288 residential units in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. - Acquisition, fund management and disposal of a 1,050 bed student accommodation portfolio comprising of 13 buildings in 9 cities across the UK Show less
