Show less 3 months placement in Cloud and Hosting Infraestructure team in VC&H area as part of Vodafone Internation Development experience.During this period I had an opportunity to get a flavour of Cloud environment ( IaaS, virtualisation, containers, VMWare, OpenStack… ) and participate in an innovative IaaS project where I was able to support in the following activities: • Perform several configurations of a Cloud Test environment (installing VMWare ESXi in several hosts; setting up idracs, configuring VMWare vCenter and vSAN; vDS network configuration :IP addresses, proxies, DNS; installing and updating system licences…). • Provide an IoT introduction to the team as well as being the link between VCHS and IoT areas facilitating communication between teams to promote collaboration and to identify new business opportunities. • Support in the project information collection by adding Confluence content of the project design and build.
