      -Participating in UC product (on-premises + cloud solutions) discussion calls with UC vendors for launching new services or introducing new features in existing services.-Designing SIP trunk solution for integration of UC platforms with Voice infrastructure (SBC) for PSTN breakout services.-Building and validating new solutions/offerings/features in Engineering lab and collaborating with cross functional teams for operational and business readiness of them.-Preparing HLD and LLD documents for the new solutions/features which includes relevant information for all teams like network, infrastructure, voice, solutioning, provisioning, pre-sales, project management.-Providing walkthrough and hands-on training to operations, solutioning, provisioning teams on the new solutions/features.-Collaborating with billing team to ensure proper billing of the Voice and UC solutions in internal systems so that billing is back-to-back with respect to customer and provider/vendor.-Providing inputs to customer proposals/RFPs and supporting solutioning team for drafting customer solutions.-Integrating UC components with different internal systems for the sake of monitoring, management.-Undertaking lifecycle management activities like upgrades, renewals, etc. for the UC solution components.-Being up-to date with current UC market trends and evaluating new solutions/features to be incorporated into company’s UC offerings.-Undertaking cost optimization initiatives internally by reviewing deployed infrastructure against current utilization.-Preparing migration plan and ensure migration readiness (network + service) for DC move or customer on-premises hardware replacement.-Providing L4 support to Service Operation teams on major incidents and validating vendor fixes/workarounds.-Driving innovation within the team to upsell and increase UC products’ revenue in line with company targets Show less
