      Working in a very busy call centre answering between 75 to 90 calls a day with excellent customer service on each call. Dealing with customer requests quickly and efficiently and logging into their account updating details correctly. Another responsibility is resolving issues a customer may have with a product or service; determining the cause of the issue; discussing with the customer the best solution; applying the best solution and sending the customer away happy.
