  Here, I led multiple projects for clients in the Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian communities. Projects consisted of traditional / Waterfall, iterative development, and full Scaled Agile Framework processes.For one client, I managed 15 staff members and multiple teams engaged in the development and delivery of six releases each year using Agile and Lean principles. In this assignment, I designed development and test environments that pushed on-time delivery to higher than 90%.I worked on a three-year initiative to provide PMO support for a 100-person enterprise development and integration division, directing up to 20 staff members and two Scrum teams. In this project, I transitioned to Scaled Agile Framework and lowered deployment times by 50%.On another three-year assignment, I led teams developing data-driven, web-based applications, with six releases each year.
