Normalized business operations of a four-person team supporting a program new to Air Combat Command. Led high performing team in rapid requirement growth of $130M per year in an Agile Program Management environment; seamless to the 2,000+ operators who use the systems daily. Developed and implemented command-level logistics policy supporting 9 Wings, 138 bomber aircraft, and 400 Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles. Led first of its kind logistics readiness assessment collecting and analyzing 567 monthly metrics; assured Aircraft Availability met Secretary of the Air Force directives. Responsible for lifecycle management of support equipment, supply chain management contracts, and the Integrated Maintenance Information System. Drove Non-Mission Capable due to Supply rates to one-half Air Combat Command’s acceptable standards. Delivered return-to-flight backup oxygen servicing carts 2 months ahead of schedule, enabling 19,000 sorties.
