  As an intern for UQ Ventures, I was put in a student team of 5 and was given a client, Team Teach Pte. Ltd to assist them with their social media and innovation strategy. Team Teach is a training program for de-escalation and behavior management strategies that operate across Australia and New Zealand. Since it was a 3-week program, time management was a vital skill as we had little time to produce a professional market research report to the client. Being a virtual internship, my team was also expected to co-ordinate with virtual meetings and to have effective communication with our client, all done online. I was proud that our team was able to produce an outstanding and satisfactory report to the client and it proved that our effort and determination paid off.
