  During my internship at Roompot we created the ''Spooktaculair Halloween Event'' at Roompot park Weerterbergen. The event has got a Haunted House which I run during the complete Halloween Season. Responsibilities are:-Facilitating Staff-Training Staff-Daily Operations-Technical maintenance-Secure safety for Staff and Guests-Creating a good Guest-flow-Sound-design-Design-Construction Creating a new experience for the Halloween period at all Roompot parks. Besides experience management I am responsible for their mascot's social media campaign, sport & animation programs and quality and much more. The internship resulted in a basic concept for all parks with different activities (sport,leisure & dining) and a big event for the park ''Weerterbergen''.
