      As part of the Transfer Pricing team, I am preparing proposals regarding a new transfer pricing model for multiple Nasdaq Helsinki listed companies. The analyses have consisted of different limited risk distribution models based on TNMM, while entering into Latin America as well as Profit split based model for a Group, in the preparation of selling the business. Furthermore assisting with a benchmarking study on intra-group loans for one of the largest non-listed Finnish companies. Including a credit rating analysis for the subsidiaries. Further benchmarking studies have included distributor and wholesale studies for both listed and non-listed companies.Transfer Pricing documentation projects for different Finnish Groups, from smaller privately held, to major listed group entities.I furthermore am part of the tax M&A team, in which I usually advise the clients on Transfer Pricing perspective but furtheemore on structurings.
