  Helping to align business requirements for our Energy/EPC market with our Kiewit Technology Group’s product capabilities. Guiding business technology decisions/strategy in regard to company operation specific needs. Coordinating teams and efforts where new custom development is necessary while helping to communicate the business goals and aspirations. Engagement with our Energy market’s management teams and recognizing areas where we can use technology to improve our processes. As a product manager I am responsible for owning the development strategy and communication of business requirements, while providing regular updates to our stakeholders. I also work closely with my product owners to determine development priorities as well as functional release schedules within our team’s Agile development lifecycle. Project Management. Driving the SDLC process in regard to schedule, analysis, scope and acting as the team dev manager/scrum master following an Agile process. Working with stakeholders and product owners to deliver solutions via web applications or SharePoint applications including PowerApps/flow and other similar forms/flow platforms. SharePoint, InfoPath form design/development of standards. Nintex workflows. 3rd party Formotus support for our offline forms. District standards development. Field process analysis and development for process improvement. Constructability in the Kiewit Power district office in Lenexa, Kansas through March. Then onsite in Denver, Colorado at the Cherokee Combined Cycle Project as a Piping Field Engineer for underground/above ground pipe, then moved to manage the pipe supports as a superintendent.
