  Hiv alcohol / drug rehab counselor

  I do psychological, life skills and spiritual counseling with an HIV population that ranges from ages from 16-55 males and females. With the purpose of taking them from out of control on the streets to in compliance with their medical protocol, healthy, nutrition plans habituated , job skills developed, I.e. self sufficiency. We aim for a 20-30% success rate. I do this an a part-time volunteer basis.

  Keto Dietary Coaching, Lifestyle Amendments, and Perspectives in Daily Living. I started keto myself with eating induced Type II, as well as RA, Fibromyalgia, High Blood Pressure, CPAP, Chronic Pain, and Depression. Over my tenure of three years I have overcome these diseases, have lost over 60 pounds and discontinued 22 medications including insulin. As well as stopping seeing the specialist doctors! I now work out 3 times a week and do 3-5k runs as well. I now only need a GP for an annual check up.I have helped others fulfill their health on the keto journey.
