Key Achievements: * Successfully led the transformation of the delivery of HR Transactional Services for the Greater Manchester NHS Trust Collaborative through the establishment of a shared transactional HR service. Designed and project managed the establishment of the service in a lead time of 8 weeks. This was delivered during a significant period of complex and demanding business change and high job insecurity. It delivered a number of immediate business benefits, which included business continuity, increased business efficiency, effective use of resources and cost savings. * Engaged a service team of twelve individuals, one week before service go live, and inspired their motivation and commitment to work with me to deliver a new model of HR Transactional delivery.
