  Joined as a System Engineer and moved up the Organizational ladder to Lead a team spread across 2 metros and 3 office locations; responsible for supporting Online, Retirement and Wealth Management Platforms.From a people management standpoint I was responsible for Recruitment, Training, Attrition and Performance evaluation. From a technical standpoint I had my inputs during the System Architecture stage, Review the Product profiler and ensure that the application gets integrated correctly and the release goes to production without any issues. The release environments that we own, SE, IDE and DIF, consist of virtual and blade servers hosting various Database, web servers, application servers and Messaging Queues. We had a Distributed Architecture in place and provided high availability using clusters and load balancers.Issues found during the release phase have to be reviewed, root cause identified and permanent fix found.
