  - Follow up and verify the internal audits on the stores, commissaries & DCs- Organise the new/existing suppliers' assessment visits- Product quality evaluation and approval to ensure the quality of core product complied with standards- Updating the approved product list- Contribute to opening up additional suppliers through the approval cycle- Monitoring the Microbiological tests (Water, Ice, Food)- Working with the suppliers to develop and improve the supplied products- Support the supply chain team in approving an alternative supplier/product or other activities - To work with the operation team on pest management and maintain no pest activity - Follow up and verify with the team on the (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) tasks- Drive the complaint’s investigation with the involved parties- Product traceability - Assist in new opening stores with needed requirements - To assist in new product evaluation and store trials- Participate in evaluating the product quality (sensory and analytical) for limited-time offers- Supervising the training agenda for all staff- OH&S audit for stores, warehouse and commissaries Show less
