The project encompassed three key phases:• In-silico screening: Employed a multi-target computational approach to identify antiviral properties against dengue virus within phytoconstituents derived from medicinal botanical varieties. • Phytoconstituent extraction and evaluation: Extracted and evaluated phytoconstituent-rich fractions using in-vitro studies.• Advanced characterization: Investigated the toxicological profile, analgesic and antipyretic properties, and the mechanism of platelet augmentation activity associated with these phytoconstituent-rich fractions, establishing a potential new avenue for dengue treatment.
