Implementation of sales programs through two distribution centers in Buffalo and Syracuse was part of the means of achieving this success. Inventory suggestions based on my years of experience was introduced to both distribution centers, as well as NAPA parts stores. Training of store personnel in product knowledge helped achieve the ability of the NAPA stores to effectively sell to this market.
